摘要 知识管理与eLearning技术能有效提升企业竞争力。首先改进了SECI知识管理模型;然后提出了基于eLearning的企业知识管理模型;最后给出了基于该模型的应用案例。通过对该案例的分析,可以更好地理解eLearning与知识管理在企业中的实际关系。 The eLearning technology and knowledge management could enhance the enterprise competence.In this paper the SECI knowledge management model is improved first;then the model of enterprise knowledge management based on eLearning is given;the specific case based on this model is described at last.The practical relationship between eLearning and knowledge management in the enterprises could be understood better through the analysis of this case.
