基于人工神经网络的出口食品加工企业检验检疫信用评价

RATING MODEL FOR INSPECTION AND QUARANTINE CREDIT OF EXPORT FOOD PROCESSING ENTERPRISES BASED ON NEURAL NETWORKS

在分析出口食品加工企业检验检疫信用的基础上,提出了用于出口食品加工企业检验检疫信用评估的指标体系,建立了基于人工神经网络的检验检疫信用评价模型。实验结果证明,该模型具有对企业检验检疫信用的预测评估功能,减少了企业检验检疫信用评估传统的定性方法中权重确定的人为因素,为出口食品加工企业分类管理提供参考。

On the basis of analysing the inspection and quarantine credit of export food processing enterprises,an index system used for inspection and quarantine credit rating for export food processing enterprises is proposed;and the rating model based on neural networks is built.It is shown by the experimental results that the model can be used of predicting the inspection and quarantine credit of the export food processing enterprises,which decreases artificial factors in determination of the weight in qualitative method of conventional inspection and quarantine credit rating,and provides scientific reference for classification management of inspection and quarantine credit rating for export food processing enterprises.
