摘要
目的探讨Notch1及其配体DLIA在胃癌中的表达及其与各临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测45例胃癌及25例正常胃组织中Notch1和DLIA的表达情况,并分析它们与各临床病理参数的关系。结果Notch1和DLIA蛋白在胃癌中表达的阳性率均明显高于正常胃黏膜组织,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);Notch1蛋白在胃癌中表达与肿瘤浸润深度(P〈0.01)、淋巴结转移(P〈0.05)以及远处转移(P〈0.05)有关,DLIA蛋白在胃癌中表达与肿瘤浸润深度(P〈0.01)、淋巴结转移(P〈0.05)以及临床分期有关(P〈0.05);Notch1和DLIA蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.355,P〈0.05)。结论Notch1和DLIA蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达上调与肿瘤侵袭转移密切相关,可能在胃癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of Notchl and its ligand DLL4 in human gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemieal SP method was used to detect the expression of Notchl and DLIA in gastric carcinoma tissues( n = 45 )and normal gastric tissues ( n = 25 ) , and the relationship between the expressions and the clinical pathological parameters were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Notchl and DLL4 protein in gastric carcinoma tissues were higher than those in normal gastric tissues(P 〈0.01 ). The expression rate of Notehl protein in gastric carcinoma was closely related to the invasion depth ,lymph node metastasis( P 〈0.01 )and distant metastasis(P 〈0.05). The expression rate of DLL4 protein in gastric carcinoma was closely related to the depth of invasion( P 〈 0.01 ) , lymph node metastasis and TNM staging( P 〈 0.05 ). A positive correlation between the expression rate of Notchl and DLL4 was found in gastric carcinoma group( r = 0. 355, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The increased expression of Notchl and DLL4 is closely relevant to the invasion and metastasis in gastric carcinoma and may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma.
