摘要
针对平面机构设计问题的传统解法存在理论知识多、操作复杂、较为抽象等特点,提出了一种利用AutoCAD2010软件解决平面机构设计中的问题的新方法。具体介绍了利用AutoCAD2010软件中的参数化技术在铰链四杆机构类型的判断、机构运动轨迹的模拟、机构设计的图解法三个方面的应用,说明充分利用AutoCAD2010软件的参数化技术,能够使复杂的、抽象的平面机构设计问题变得简单、直观、精确。该方法操作简单,容易理解,有较高的精度,非常适用于平面机构设计中。同时也可以为CAD技术的应用提供了有益的借鉴。
According to the traditional solutions have characteristics of much theory knowledge,complex operation and more abstractive in planar mechanism design. This paper puts forward a new method to solve problems of planar mechanism design with AutoCAD 2010 and concretely introduces application in the type judgment method of revolute four-bar mechanism,mechanism motion simulation and graphic method of mechanism design. This method uses the parametric technology of AutoCAD 2010 and makes complicated and abstract problems of planar mechanism design easy,visual and accurate. The new method has characteristics of simple operation,easy understanding and higher precision,specially applies to planar mechanism design. Moreover it has successful experiences of application of CAD technology.
