摘要
为了适应女士使用汽车千斤顶的需要,设计了一种新型卧式千斤顶,该千斤顶起顶高度低,可达高度高,上升速度快,其动力输入装置可方便的实现电动与手动的快速切换,制造成本低,操作方便,应用范围广。对关键部分螺杆机构和齿轮机构进行了设计、校核。在SolidWorks集成设计环境中构建了千斤顶各零部件三维模型以及传动系统三维模型,生成了爆炸视图,使用COSMOSMotion插件进行机构运动仿真、干涉检查,为千斤顶传动系统的虚拟样机技术以及优化设计提供了依据。
In order to meet the need that lady uses the car jack,the new horizontal jack is designed and the jack has the advantages of low initial height and rapid rising speed. Electronic and manual model can be switched rapidly by power importing device which has low cost and easy operation. Some key transmission system is designed. Threedimensional mode of jack is constructed on SolidWorks,and COSMOSMotion plug-in package is used to simulate the movement,inspect the interfere. So the reference can be provided to jack fictitious machine technology.
