摘要
测定体内游离脂肪酸(FFA)的含量,对了解机体脂肪代谢情况、诊断因某种必需脂肪酸含量异常引起的疾病等方面具有重要意义。我们以Silar 10C固定相作填充柱,采用正廿烷作内标,BF_3-甲醇甲酯化。
A gas chromatographic technique for the determination of fatty acids as their methyl esters in plasma has been developed. Long Chain fatty acids were separated excellently and quantitatively by the use of Silar 10C stationary phase. The average CVs were less then 10% for both within day and day to day. The average recovery was 90.6±9.0%. The method was applied clinically and a significant lowering in fatty acids for the stomach cancer patients was observed.
