The local university library should further implement the Scientific Development Thought,to unify the thoughts,to improve the understanding,to strengthen the cooperation,to pay attention to the reorganization and the processing,to make the body independent,to supervise wholly and develop together.It should serve teaching and research of the its college,server the local politics,economy and culture construction,server the culture communication home and abroad,and serve the document hosts and original units as well.It also should exerts its advantages and attempts to be celebrated brand in order to develop resource construction by innovation service.
