在大学文化建设中,校训的确立和实践是"明明德"的过程。校训的功能就是"明明德",是"新民"。"明德新民,止于至善"是大学校训的核心价值。师院校训的内涵体现了"明德新民,止于至善"的核心价值。校训实践要解决理解、省思、认同和常规化、制度化的问题,要强化通识教育课程。强化通识教育课程是校训文化建设的重要内容。

As for the culture construction in university,the establishment and practice of university motto is the process of developing and expanding the good virtue.The function of university motto is to develop and expand the good virtue and to enlighten and civilize university students,which is the essence of the university motto.University motto in WTC is the reflection of essence of ＂Developing the Good Virtue to Be Perfect＂.The practice of university motto is to solve the issue of how to understand,comment,acquire,regulate and systematize.To further the general courses is the key content of the culture construction in university.
