摘要
日本的海外发包总额中有65%外包业务流向我国,其中ITO占据较大份额,由于中国企业对日ITO服务的经验不足,再加上项目经理大多数没有接受过专门对日ITO项目的正规训练以及专业知识和技巧的不足,造成较多的对日ITO项目的失败。调用一个对日ITO失败的典型案例,并分别在项目管理计划、项目任务和人力资源等方面进行分析,提出一些有益的启示,相信通过本案例的剖析,将有助于中国企业对日ITO的成功。
Among Japan's total overseas contract awards,65% of its outsourcing businesses flow to China,with ITO accounting for a comparatively large proportion.The frequent unsuccessful cases in handling ITO projects with Japan can be attributed to the following facts:1)the Chinese enterprises are inexperienced in ITO services towards Japan;2)the majority of the project managers,without receiving regular training for ITO projects toward Japan,are not equipped with adequate professional knowledge and techniques.This paper,by adopting a typical case study of ITO failure towards Japan,makes an analysis from the perspective of project management plans,project tasks and human resources,and puts forward some useful approaches.The authors believe that this paper will contribute to the Chinese enterprises' successful handling of ITO projects toward Japan.
