摘要
抽油机悬点运动参数的变化规律与各连接件长度之间存在一定的函数关系。基于MATLAB软件的仿真工具箱对建立的数学模型进行数值分析,直观揭示了悬点运动参数变化规律。对抽油机机型的改进和优化,都有一定辅助分析作用和参考价值,应用于实际工作中节省了大量设计和计算时间,提高工作效率。
Between pumping hanging point movement and the length of linkage has a certain function.Used complexe's method to establishes mathematical model,numerical analysis method of this model based on MATLAB/Simulink,reveal the laws of hanging point movement parameters change.It is value for pumping unit improving and optimization.In this paper,the results applied to practical work,can save much time of design and computation time and can raise work efficiency.
