正交实验方法在园子红陶瓷颜料生产工艺研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 报道了利用正交实验对园子红陶瓷颜料的工艺参数进行优化,结果表明:(1)影响园子红呈色性能的主要因素是贝壳粉/锡液的摩尔比,其次是红矾钾的加入量,矿化剂的加入量和熔融石英/锡液的摩尔比影响最小。(2)利用极差分析、因素水平与综合评分效能曲线分析,确定最佳原料配比为:贝壳粉/锡液摩尔比在1.5~2.0之间,熔融石英/锡液摩尔比为1.0左右,红矾钾加入量为2%左右,矿化剂为4%~5%的铬酸铅和硼砂。(3)采用两次煅烧工艺合成比一次合成色料的性能有明显提高。 This paper reports optimizing batch formula of processing parameters in garden red ceramic pigment by cross experiment.The results indicate that:(1)molar ratio of shell meal and tin liquid significantly influence the properties of ceramic pigment of garden red.In addition weight ratio of pigment potassium dichromate,to some extent has some effect.Whereas mineralizer and molar ratio of fused silica and tin liquid has little function on the performance.(2)By range analysis and the efficiency curve of factor levelvs synthesis point system,the best processing ratio of raw materials are that the proportion of molar ratio of shell meal and tin liquid is in the range of 1.5 ~ 2.0,fused silica and tin liquid at about 1.0%.Weight ratio of potassium dichromate at about 2.0% and addition in the range of 4% ~ 5% lead chromate plus borax mineralizer.(3)The properties of ceramic Pigment of garden red has risen markedly by two calcining process.
