应用灰色关联度分析筛选香菇优良杂交子

Selection of High Quality Lentinula edodes Hybrids by Grey Correlation Analysis

以香菇(Lentinula edodes)5个优良栽培菌株为亲本,设计3对杂交组合,获得55个杂交菌株,其中19个杂交菌株出菇正常。采用灰色关联度分析法,从菌盖厚度、菌柄直径、平均单菇重等8个性状对19个杂交菌株进行综合评价。在3对杂交组合中,QK-8、QK-15、W-2、W-13和Q6-12等5个杂交菌株的关联度排名较靠前,农艺性状和子实体性状也明显优于亲本和其它杂交菌株。

Monokaryotic basidiospores derived from five parental Lentinula edodes strains （Q6,Wx-1,K95-41,L205 and L605） were mated according to three pairing groups （Group 1,Q6×L605; Group 2,Wx-1×L205; Group 3,Q6×K95-1） to yield a total of 55 hybrid strains. Only 19 hybrids produced normal fruit bodies,and these were evaluated by grey correlation analysis in terms of eight agronomic traits：cap thickness and diameter,stipe diameter and length,average fruit body weight,number of fruit bodies and yield per growth bag,and the period between substrate inoculation and fruiting. Five hybrids （QK-8,QK-15,W-2,W-13 and Q6-12） derived from the three crossing combinations exhibited superior agronomic characteristics that ranked closest to a projected ideal strain.
