杀虫抗生素米尔贝乳油制剂的加工配方探讨 被引量:1

摘要 由米尔贝(Milbemycins)原药的理化性质可知其可以加工成乳油制剂,研究通过筛选相关辅助剂(溶剂、乳化剂、光稳定剂)配制出5%米尔贝乳油,并完成产品质量分析,最后进行实验室小样的药效试验。结果表明,5%米尔贝乳油配方如下:有效成分含量≥5%,6.8%NP10,1.2%EL90,1%抗氧化剂1010,2%乙酸乙酯,溶剂油200#补足至100%。小样的各项理化性能指标符合国家标准规定,且在稀释30000~50000倍时红蜘蛛的校正死亡率均能达到95%以上。 According to physico-chemical properties of Milbemycin raw material,which can be made into emulsifiable concentrate(EC).This study tried to screen related auxiliary agents(solvents,emulsifier,light stabilizer) in order to get the fomula of 5% Milbemycin EC,finnished the product quality analysis and laboratory test to red mite.The results showed that the fomula was as follows:a.i.≥5%,6.8% NP10,1.2% EL90,1% antioxidant 1010,2% ethylacetate,the others was solvent oil 200#,and added 100%.The physical and chemical properties index of small sample conforming to national standards,and the control effect was well to red mite in the diluting 30 000-50 000 times,the adjusted mortality could reach more than 95%.
