摘要
以苏南某地一建筑物的纠偏加固工程为实例,讨论适合于这类地区的纠偏加固的有效方法:锚杆静压桩托换—掏土、降水挤淤法。概述此方法操作的全过程,总结了它的优缺点。
Taking an engineering project in a certain place of South Jiangsu as an example,the paper explains an effective method suitable for the rectification and reinforcement of buildings in this region:underpinning of anchored and jacked pile excavation and dewatering compaction.Compared with the traditional single reinforcing method,this method is characterized by perfect reinforcement effectiveness,simple and convenient operation without pollution.So,it is especially suitable to the rectification and reinforcement of buildings laid in soft beds with poor loading capacity and high thixotropy.
