Analysis of HFMD' s epidmic situation of 2009 in Henan province,forecast of HFMD's prevalence trend,prevention and control strategy of 2010

系统分析河南省2009年的手足口病疫情和疫情相关因素,结合2009年全国及安徽、山东等流行省份的疫情形势,预测河南省2010年手足口病疫情趋势;在总结经验的基础上,提出2010年河南省手足口病预防控制工作策略。

Objective To discuss the prevention and control strategy of hand - foot - and - mouth disease（ HFMD） in Henan province. Methods In present study, the HFMD epidemic situation of 2010 in Henan was forecasted on the basis of systematical analysis of the condition and correlative factors in 2009 and associated with the epidemic situation of all regions of China, especially the significant provinces such as Anhui and Shandong. Conclusion The HFMD＇ s epidemic situation of 2010 in Henan could be still serious as the high - intensive prevalence of 2009. In order to prevente and control the occurrence and prevalence of HFMD in Henan, it should be emphasized the scientificity, standardization and validity of prevention and control task.
