摘要
目的探讨不同年龄段女性人群性激素水平的变化与女性生理特点的关系,以及与女性疾病之间的关系。方法 189例成人根据年龄进行分组,血清性激素采用化学发光法测定。统计采用SPSS16.0进行统计学处理,计量资料均用(x-±s)表示。结果随着年龄的增加,E2水平持续下降,40~54岁组和55~65岁组的FSH和LH水平均显著高于25~39岁组(P<0.01),且55~65岁组比40~54岁组更为显著升高,两者相比差异有统计学意义(FSHP<0.01,LHP<0.05);40~54岁组与各组妇女血清FSH均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),LH在40~54岁组与55~65岁组中均显著增高(P<0.01),在围绝经期各组中FSH/LH比值均大于1.0,E和P在40~54岁和55~65岁组中均有不同程度的降低,其中55~65岁(绝经组)降低显著(P<0.01),40~54岁组和55~65岁组妇女PRL和T与25~39岁组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3组不同年龄段女性,其性激素水平的变化是不相同的,对机体生理变化产生不同影响,也引起不同的疾病状况。在临床上,检测性激素的水平变化,对不同年龄组的疾病诊断具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the relationship between changes in sex hormone level and the physiological characteristics,as well as disease of women in different age groups. Methods Group 189 adult patients according to age. Use chemical 1 method for determining serum sex hormones and SPSS 16.0 for statistical analysis. The measurement data are indicated by. Results With increasing of age, E2 level continues to fall. FSH and LH of the 40 - 54 - year - old group and the 55 - 65 - year - old group are significantly higher than that of the 25 - 39 - year - old group ( P 〈 0 . 01 ). FSH and LH of the55 - 65 - year - old group are more significantly higher than that of the 40 - 54 - year - old group. The comparative difference between both has statistically significance ( FSH P 〈 0. 01, LH P 〈 0. 05 ). Serum FSH of the 40 - 54 - year - old group and other each group are significantly higher than that of the comparative group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; LH in the 40 - 54 - year - old group and the 55 - 65 - year - old group are significantly higher ( P 〈0.01 ) ; the ratios of FSH/LH in each group are higher than 1.0 during the menopause. E and P of the 40 - 54 - year - old group and the 55 - 65 - year - old group decrease in various degrees. Of which the decrease in the 55 - 65 - year - old group ( postm- enopausal group ) is significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). PRL and T of the 40 - 54 - year - old group and the 55 - 65 - year - old group have no significant difference from that of the 25 - 39 - year - old by comparison ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Draw a conclusion from the three groups of women in different age groups. The changes in sex hormone level are not the same, not only produce different effects on organism physiological changes, but also give rise to different disease conditions. Clinically, determination of changes in sex hormone level has great significance for disease diagnosis of women in different age groups.
