Determination of Vanillin in Vanilla Pods by GC.

GC法测定香荚豆中香兰素(C_8H_8O_(?),Vani-llin)国内外已有一些报道。本文提出新的色谱条件[2％OV-17/ChromosorbW(AW-DWCS),H_2为载气,O_2为助燃补充气]和内标物(丁香酚),分析时间较文献(1)缩短近10倍;并简化了前处理,减少了CH_2Cl_2对环境的污染,回收率更高。

This paper describes a new netnod of determination of vanillin (C8H8O3) in vanilla Pods by GC.where eugenol was used as the internal standard agent and 2% OV-17 Chromo-sorb W (AW-DWCS) was employed as the column packing material with hydrogen as the carrier.Oxygen was made up oxtdant gas.
