新信息环境下,高校信息素质教育可采取元素(用户、信息技术、教学人员、宏观组织和信息素质标准)集成创新模式:以用户为中心,以现代化信息技术为桥粱,以教学人员为主导,以宏现组织与信息素质评价标准为控制。

In the new information circumstances,academic information literacy education can adopt integration mode,which includes factors of users,information technologies,teaching members,macroscopically organization and information literacy standards.The mode focuses on the users,through linking with the modernization of information technology,leading by teaching members and controlling with macroscopically organizing and information literacy evaluating standard.
