围绕影响读者满意度的图书馆自身因素和读者自身因素这两个方面,指出影响的关键因素是馆员、资源、环境、读者四个方面,并通过期望与感知理论,构建影响读者满意度模型,分析各影响因素与满意度的关系。最后对满意度低下成因分析,并提出相关措施。
