摘要
围绕影响读者满意度的图书馆自身因素和读者自身因素这两个方面,指出影响的关键因素是馆员、资源、环境、读者四个方面,并通过期望与感知理论,构建影响读者满意度模型,分析各影响因素与满意度的关系。最后对满意度低下成因分析,并提出相关措施。
Point out the factor influencing reader's satisfaction of the library, including the office-staff, resource, environment, reader four respects, and through expecting and perceiving the theory, construct reader's satisfaction model, understand influence factor and satisfaction interaction, to library factor and regulation and control of reader's one's own factor influencing reader's satisfaction finally, promote satisfaction. 7refs.
