摘要
结合效能管理的定义和特征,分别从完善组织内部整体功能体系、优化员工激励机制、引入竞争机制这三个方面探讨了增强图书馆效能管理机制的主要方式,由此认为,效能管理是保持增强图书馆持续发展的重要途径。
This paper combined with the definition and characteristics of performance management,aim to enhance library Performance management from internal organizational system、 optimize the employees incentive mechanism、 introducing competition mechanism,and make conclusion that it is an important way to strengthen and maintain the library sustainable development.
