摘要
信息时代高校图书馆要实现可持续发展,必须有一支高素质的馆员队伍。馆员素质的高低将直接影响到图书馆的服务水平和服务质量。结合本校实际,从高校图书馆馆员的现状、应具备的素质、提高的途径几方面进行了分析和讨论。
High quality of librarian is necessary for the sustainable development of library in university in the information era.And it also affects the service level and quality of the library.Based on the reality of library in the university,the paper analyzed and discussed the present situation of the librarian,the quality that should have and the ways to enhance the quality of the librarian.
