摘要
职业倦怠是一种广泛流行于服务行业的职业病,其中高校图书馆员是高危人群。就个体而言,其产生的原因各不相同,但是表现出来的症状、消极影响和危害是一致的。尝试从管理学视角解析高校图书馆员的职业倦怠,并试图用有效控制的方法加以矫正。
The professional burnout(profession accidie) is a kind of professional psychological disease which is widely spreading in service trades.The university librarians are in the high-risk group of job burnout.As far as the individual is concerned,the reasons of generation are various but the symptom,the negative effect and the harm are consistent.In the present paper,by way of improving the efficiency of reorganization and work efficiency,we attempt to find effective control methods to resolve and rectify the job burnout in the university librarians.
