摘要 阴离子色谱仪分析废水等实际样品时,有机物及重金属离子的污染,使得分辨率降低,操作压力升高,基线不稳,并且严重地影响着分离柱的寿命。因此样品必须经过预处理。目前常用的预处理方法,样品用量大,待测离子在处理时会被稀释,除污率不高。James认为。 An electrochemical device for IC sample pretreatment is presented,wvhich can rapidly and effectively remote cations and organic impurities from natural sample.The device consists of four chambers.A cathode is put in chamber A and an anode in D.A semiosmotic membrane is gripped between A and B and between B and C.Similarly a calion membrane between C and D.Chambers A,C and D are full of elaent(NaHC03/Na2CO3) before running.The sample is injected into B.The cations (H+,Na+ and other metal ions) migrate toward cathode,and the anions (F-.Cl-,NO2-,Br-,NO3-,PO43-,SO42-in sample and HCO3-,CO32-in eluent),toward anode.The organic impurities are separated from the anions by the semi-osmotic membrane,and the anions coming from B are blocked up by the cation exchange membrane between C and D and then analysed.The lowest rate of removing organic impurities can reach 94% and that of regaining of anions is higher than 90%
