摘要
基于混凝沉淀的基础理论,结合现有絮凝沉淀池的优点,通过对反应沉淀器核心结构的升级改造及搅拌系统的优化设计,开发了微旋涡无级变速反应器。该反应器集混合、絮凝、固液分离于一体,可创造微涡流与切向流相结合的优良水力条件,结构紧凑,能耗节约。
Micro-vortex stepless speeding reactor is designed based on the fundamental knowledge of coagulation and sedimentation, combined with the advantages of the existing coagulation-sedimentation tank,the core structure of coagulation-sedimentation tank is upgraded,and the mixing system is optimized.The function of mixing,flocculation,solid-liquid separation is integrated in the reactor,microvortex with tangential flow hydraulic conditions can be achieved,also energy and the land area can be saved.
