摘要 采用自由基溶液聚合法,以过硫酸铵为引发体系,研究了壳聚糖与丙烯酰胺和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的接枝共聚反应。考察了反应时间、丙烯酰胺和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵质量比、总单体浓度、反应温度、引发剂浓度等条件对接枝共聚反应的影响,并用红外光谱对反应产品进行了结构表征;将接枝共聚产品进行污泥脱水,试验表明该产品能显著改善污泥的沉降和脱水性能。 Graft of Acrylamide and DMDAAC onto chitosan in aqueous media was investigated on the condition of using free group copolymerization,ammonium persulphate as initiation system.The effect rules of individual condition of the copolymerization on the product was also studied,including the reaction time,the ratio of AM and DMDAAC,the concentration of monomer,the reaction temperature,the concentration of initiator in the system.The analysis results of IR spectrum show that the copolymerization product really are the copolymerization of chitosan and AMDMDAAC.The results of dewatering experiments on activated sludge indicate that the copolymerization product can improve the sedimentation and dewatering ability of the sludge increasingly.
