摘要
高校教师是集教师、专家、学者于一体的人,是大学生思想道德品质、人生理想信念和专业素质的导引者和培养者;面对高校教师思想素质的现状,如何探索一条能提高高校教师思想素质的有效途径,是目前最为重要的课题。
University teachers are teachers,experts and scholars with ideological and moral quality,the ideals and beliefs of the quality of life,and professional guidance and training of persons.For the ideological status of the quality of university teachers,how to improve their quality in an effective way is the most important issue.
