摘要
论述了科学健身在全民健身中的重要性,通过科学的调查研究,同时借鉴相关学科的理论知识,提出了一些科学,可行的健身方法与方式,为人们提供了科学可行的全民健身计划以供参考。阐述科学健身有益于个体健康,反之,有害于健康。
This article discusses the importance of science fitness in the national fitness.Through the scientific research and learning the theoretical knowledge of related disciplines,we made a number of scientific and feasible ways and means of fitness,which can provide people with a scientific and feasible fitness plan for reference.At the same time,we explained that the science and fitness is good for individual health,the contrary,harmful to health.
