摘要
师生非正式交往具有明确的教育性意向,是教师对学生成长的真正关怀,是良好师生关系的助催剂,孕含巨大的教育亲合力。但实际上,师生非正式交往还存在着量和质的缺失问题,这既有认识问题,也有技术层面的问题,更有深层次的文化因素的影响。因此,为促成其价值的生成,既要有观念的进一步转化,又要有操作层面的技术探索,更要促成师生文化的融合。
The informal contact between teachers and students shows teachers’unambiguous educational intentions and their true considerations to students’growth,which can demonstrate teachers’prestige and contain powerful educational affinity.However,the deficiency in quantity and qulity exitsts in the informal contact between teachers and students,which is caused by people’s understanding as well as the technique and skill in such contacts and even more profound influence from cultural elements.Thus,to promote teachers’and students’cultural integration is important,which needs the further transformation of people’s thoughts as well as the exploration and improvement in techniques.
