摘要
根据一般均衡分析的思想，构建了一个二要素多部门的可计算一般均衡模型，用以分析和计算自然灾害的发生对经济系统的影响．研究结果表明，灾害的三种不同直接经济损失对经济系统的间接影响是不同的，一次具体的自然灾害的经济影响是三种损失后果的综合．
In this paper, a two factor multi-sector computable general equilibrium (CGE) model isset up. Based on this model, the economic impacts of three kinds of disaster losses are analyzed. Thepaper points out that different kinds of disaster losses has different impacts, the whole economic impacts of disaster are the mixture of three impacts. The methodsto calculate these impacts are presentedalso, and a set of data samples is given.
