化学键合相硅胶BC_(13)预制高效薄层色谱板(BC_1HPTLC_(F(?)))是国产的新型薄层板。本文探讨了用该板分离雌激素、萘酚酸类药物,生物碱和含氮化合物,染料混合物的板效率及其六项基本色谱性能。

BC18 pre-coated HPTLC plate is home-made with chsmically bonded silica gel.Six fundamental criteria on chromatographic characteristics of the plate have been investigated.Furthermore,the separating efficiency of the plate has been tested using CAMAG test dye mixture Ⅲ,naphthol acids,steroidal hormones,nitrogen compounds,etc.
