思想政治教育工作具有很强的针对性和实效性。高职院校思想政治教育必须结合高职学生自身特点,把握学生为本、要素协同、师生相长、立体交互四大规律,探索出适合高职学生思想政治工作的途径。

Ideological and political education is very pertinent and effective. The ideological and political education of vocational colleges must combine students＇ characteristics, adhering to the rule of putting students first, maintaining the unity of various factors, making progress of teachers and students jointly and keeping the integration to find the approach adapted to undertake the ideological and political work of vocational colleges.
