辅导员是高职院校开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,其队伍建设直接影响到人才培养的质量。新形势下高职院校辅导员队伍建设显得尤为重要。高职院校应采取措施完善辅导员管理制度,以充分发挥辅导员在大学生思想政治教育中的作用。

Being an essential part of conducting the ideological and political education among vocational colleges students, the qualification of counsellors＇ team affects directly the quality of personnel training. In the new era, the improvement of counsellors＇ team qualification is particularly important. Vocational colleges should take measures to perfect the management system of counsellors so as to play the full role of counsellors in the ideological and political education of college students.
