随着网络技术的逐渐普及,我国的网络犯罪案件一直呈上升趋势,其社会危害性也越来越大。本文试从网络犯罪案件的概念和表现形式入手,梳理出犯罪嫌疑人在侦查讯问中的心理特点,并探寻相应的侦查讯问要领,以提高此类案件的侦查讯问水平。

With the increasing popularity of internet technology,cyber crimes in China have been rising,and the social harm also growing.This paper tries to start from the concepts and expressions of the cyber crimes,sort out the psychological characteristics of the suspect in the investigation and explore the appropriate essentials of interrogation,to enhance the level of interrogation of such cases.
