我国社会转型时期腐败性质经济犯罪之法经济学分析

Law economics analysis of economic crime of corruption in China in social transformation phase

中国已经进入到社会的转型时期,空前的社会变革,给我国发展进步带来了巨大活力,也同样带来了这样那样的矛盾和问题。特别是腐败现象四处蔓延,腐败性经济犯罪大量出现,探究其原因是多种的,本文主要应用法律的经济分析方法,以西方经济学的成本理论为切入点,来对腐败性质经济犯罪进行分析。

China has entered a transformation period of society,so that the unprecedented social change,have brought tremendous energy to the development and progress of our country,and also brought a range of conflicts and problems.Particularly,the corruption is spreading,and economic crime of corruption appearing in large numbers for a variety of reasons.The paper mainly applicated the economic analysis of law and took the cost theory of west economics as a starting point to analyze the economic crime of corruption.
