随着我国公安政法教育培训形势的发展,按照国家政法委和公安部在新时期对公安政法教育培训工作的要求,进一步完善和改进公安政法教育培训机制,构建以提高队伍素质,增强队伍整体战斗力为目的的长期规划十分重要。为此,准确分析和把握新时期公安政法系统干部培训的发展趋势对做好干部培训工作有着重要的意义,同时也对进一步维护好我国新时期社会治安秩序有着重要的意义。
