高职法律专业商法课程教学改革初探

Exploration of teaching reform of commercial law in vocational law major

商法是与现代经济活动联系最为密切的法律部门之一,商法在中国法律体系中的地位必然提升,高职商法教学亦应当体现出职业教育的鲜明特色。本文针对目前高职商法教学中出现的改革和创新等问题进行探讨并提出自己的观点。

The commercial law is one of the closest sectors with modern economic activities,so that the commercial law is bound to raise the status in China＇s legal system,and higher commercial education should reflect the distinct characteristics of vocational education.This article explored the reform and innovation issues appeared in the current vocational teaching of commercial law and put forward my own point of view.
