摘要
[目的]研究在三峡水库水环境发生变化的情况下,优势藻种在不同季节和营养盐浓度下的生长情况。[方法]通过测定叶绿素a的浓度和计算比生长率分析了模拟季节条件及N、P营养盐对冠盘藻和蛋白核小球藻生长的影响。[结果]冠盘藻和蛋白核小球藻在模拟夏季中的生长大于模拟春、秋、冬季。在模拟春、秋、夏季中,随着氮磷营养盐浓度的升高,培养末期蛋白核小球藻的叶绿素a浓度逐渐升高。在模拟冬季中,高浓度营养盐抑制了蛋白核小球藻的生长。在模拟春、秋、夏季中,冠盘藻的生长随着营养盐浓度的增加而增加,蛋白核小球藻的生长潜能大于冠盘藻。在模拟冬季中,高浓度营养盐条件下冠盘藻的生长潜能大于蛋白核小球藻。[结论]根据蛋白核小球藻和冠盘藻在不同季节及不同营养盐浓度下的生长能力可以预测三峡水库发生水华的可能性。
[Objective] The purpose was to study the growth status of dominant algae species in different seasons and under different concn. of nutrients while some changes occurred in the water environment of the Three Gorges Reservoir. [Method] The influence of simulated seasonal condition and N/P nutrients on the growth of Stephanodiscus ehrenberg and Chlorella pyrenoidosa was analyzed through determining concn. of chlorophyll a and calculating specific growth rate. [Result] The growth of S. ehrenberg and C. pyrenoidosa in simulated summer was more than theirs in simulated spring,autumn and winter. In simulated spring,autumn and summer,as the concn. of N/P nutrients was increased,the concn. of chlorophyll a in C. pyrenoidosa in end stage of culture was increased gradually. In simulated winter,the nutrients at high concn. inhibited the growth of C. pyrenoidosa. In simulated spring,autumn and summer,as the concn. of N/P nutrients was increased,the growth of S. ehrenberg was increased; the growth potential of C. pyrenoidosa was greater than that of S. ehrenberg. In simulated winter,the growth potential of S. ehrenberg was greater than that of C. pyrenoidosa under high concn. of nutritive salts. [Conclusion] On the basis of the growth capabilities of C. pyrenoidosa and S. ehrenberg in different seasons and under different concn. of nutritive salts,the occurrence possibility of bloom in Three Gorges Reservoir could be predicted.
