摘要 四川酒的历史文化源远流长,其相关旅游资源极其丰富且分布广泛,具有多样性和传承性的特点,市场开发价值高;发展酒文化旅游,有助于推动四川产业结构的调整与优化,促进区域经济增长,全面构建和谐社会,实现当地经济的可持续发展。笔者通过对四川酒文化旅游资源的内涵和特征的分析,揭示了四川酒文化旅游资源开发中存在的障碍因素,指出其缺乏整体规划,难以发挥规模效应,旅游产品的文化含量不够,特色不鲜明,且营销力度不够,总体旅游形象不明确,在旅游开发中多头管理现象严重,使得整体发展进程受到制约。针对以上不足,笔者提出了以酒文化为核心的四川旅游经济发展的策略,认为应当转变思想观念,从战略高度统一规划四川酒文化旅游资源的开发,运用"点、线、面"一体的旅游开发思路,避免粗放式经营,充分利用四川当地民族风情特色,培育文化含量高的旅游业态,加大旅游宣传和扩展力度,积极推进川酒文化产业集团化建设,提高其核心市场竞争力,建设高素质的四川酒文化旅游人才队伍。 Sichuan wine has a long culture and history,its relevance and its rich tourism resources are widely distributed,with the characteristics of diversity and heritage,which has the high -value market development; The development of wine culture and tourism,help to promote the industrial structure adjustment and optimization of Sichuan Province,promote regional economic growth,full construction of a harmonious society and realize the sustainable development of local economy. Through the analysis of connotation and characteristics of cultural tourism resources,Barriers existed in Sichuan wine cultural tourism resources development were pointed out,lacking of overall planning,difficult to play a scale effect,not enough cultural content of tourism products,non-distinctive features,not enough marketing effort,non-clear the overall tourist image,serious overlapping management phenomenon in tourism development which constrained the overall development process were pointed out. According to the above shortcomings,strategy of economic development in Sichuan tourism with wine culture as the core was pointed out,ideas and concepts should be change,Sichuan wine cultural tourism resources development should be unify planning from a strategic perspective,using "point,line,area" integrated tourism development ideas,avoiding the extensive mode of operation,making full use of local Sichuan style characteristics of family members,fostering high levels of tourism and cultural dynamics,expanding tourism promotion and expansion efforts,actively promoting the wine culture Sichuan construction industry group,improving their core competitiveness,constructing a high-quality Sichuan wine cultural tourism talent.
