Implementation Status and Improvement Measures of Guangdong Villagers’ Self-government Laws and Regulations

在分析广东村民自治相关法律、法规的基础上,提出了进一步完善的对策,即巩固村民代表会议地位,完善配套立法和制定《村民自治法》。

Based on analyzing Guangdong villagers’ self-government laws and regulations, the countermeasures for further improvement were put forward, namely consolidating the status of villagers’ representative conference, improving complete set of legislation and enacting Villagers’ Self-government Law.
