摘要 [目的]研究大葱籽黑色素提取工艺,为其药学研究和开发利用提供理论依据。[方法]以大葱籽为原料,从中提取黑色素,并进行纯化,研究提取条件,确定最佳工艺。[结果]大葱籽黑色素的最佳提取工艺条件为:盐酸浓度11mol/L,料液比为1∶40,水解温度为55℃,水解时间3h。[结论]盐酸浓度是影响大葱籽黑色素提取率的最主要因素,其次是水解时间、温度和料液比。 [Objective] To study the extraction process of onion seed melanin, and provide a theoretical basis for Chinese onion pharmaceutical research and utilization. [Method] Onion seeds were used as test materials. The extraction and purification of melanin were performed, and the optimum conditions were determined. [Result] The optimum extraction conditions of Onion seeds melanin were as follows: the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 11 mol/L, solid-liquid ratio was 1∶40, the hydrolysis temperature was 55 ℃, and the hydrolysis time was 3 h. [Conclusion] The hydrochloric acid concentration is the most important factor affecting melanin extraction of onion seeds, followed by the hydrolysis time, temperature and solid-liquid ratio.
