摘要
[目的]探索棉籽糖的资源、理化性质、分析鉴别以及近年来的应用概况。[方法]通过文献检索,总结棉子糖的来源方向、药理作用以及鉴别方法。[结论]棉籽糖来源广泛,具有很好的保健功效,值得深入开发。
[Objective] The aim was to explore resources, physical and chemical properties, identification and application situation of raffinose in recent years. [Method] Through the literature search, the sources, pharmacology and identification method of raffinose were summarized. [Conclusion] Raffinose has wide source and good health care effect, which is worth to explore deeply.
