摘要
职业倦怠是指在以人为服务对象的职业领域中,个体由于长期遭受到情绪和人际关系紧张源而产生的反应.高校辅导员是典型的助人职业,其职业倦怠日益凸现,研究发现高校辅导员达到中等程度的职业倦怠,且主要组织影响因素为工作压力、组织公平和社会支持,因此对辅导员开展生涯规划管理、做好工作压力管理、良好的组织支持、科学民主的政务公开制度、入职培训将有效降低其职业倦怠水平。
Job burnout, a reaction caused by a long--term work pressure of emotion and stress in the field with human beings as the service objects. The jobs of college counselors are characterized by typical metier to help others and the job burnout is increasing. It is found that job burnout of college counselors reach medium degree. The factors of job burnout are caused by work pressure, organizational justice and social support. It is therefore necessary to lower job burnout degree by developing career management, improving work stress management, attaining organizational support, improving the opening system of government administration and stren^thenint~ vr~,-~;~,,,~l ,,~:_:__
