摘要 大学英语课程的新目标要求培养学生的自主学习能力。这就要求大学英语教师必须转变教学观念,及时调整传统的教师角色,在课内外利用教学主导性改进教学行为,通过启发、引导和帮助学生,找到符合学生自身特点的、适合不同任务的学习策略,充分发挥他们的学习自主性,最终提高学生实际运用英语的水平以及独立吸纳新知识的能力。 New College English Curriculum Requirement aims at cultivating college students' autonomous learning ability, which requires College English teachers to change their teaching ideas, adjust teachers' roles in time, make full use of their leading in instruction in class and outside class, give full play to their autonomy in study by arousing, guiding and helping students, track down the learning strategies which accord with their own characteristics and apply to different learning tasks, and promote students' practical ability of using English as well as independent ability of absorbing new knowledge ultimately.
