绝经后骨质疏松大鼠模型文献回顾及实验初探 被引量:7

LITERATURE REVIEW AND EXPERIMENT OF OSTEOPOROSIS RAT MODEL IN POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN

摘要 绝经后骨质疏松症是女性绝经后卵巢功能衰退,雌激素水平下降,骨转换加速,骨吸收大于骨形成,骨重建失衡引起骨量减少所致,为了对绝经后骨质疏松症的发病机理进行深入研究,研制治疗和预防骨质疏松的新药等,需要一种合适的骨质疏松大动物模型。在绝经后骨质疏松症的实验研究中,选择和建立一个科学、合理的骨质疏松动物模型对实验研究成果的科学性具有重大意义。
