摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下手术治疗输卵管妊娠的护理方法。方法对45例腹腔镜下手术治疗输卵管妊娠患者术前进行心理护理和特殊准备,对术后易出现的并发症进行细致的观察与护理和康复指导。结果本组45例输卵管妊娠患者行腹腔镜手术治疗全部成功。术后8～21 h恢复胃肠功能活动,住院时间4～7 d。无1例发生持续性异位妊娠。结论术前及术后周到细致的护理是手术成功的重要保证。
Objective To explore the methods of nursing of patients with fallopian pregaaaney treated by lapasoseopie opera- tion. Methods Before operation,psychic preparation and special preparation were conducted in 45 patients with fallopian pregrtaney by laparoseopie treatment. After operation, the complications were observed and nursed carefully and rehabilitation instruction was con- ducted. Results Treatments with abdomineseope were all successful in 45 eases of fallopian preguaney. Gastrointestinal function was recovered 8 -21 hours after operation. Hospitalization is 4 -7 d. No persistent eetopie gestation occurred. Conclusion Preoperative and postoperative careful nursing is guarantee of success of operation.
