Abstract The points out that many defects arise from technologies,product lines and markets existing in our industry.He believes that we must initiate the enterprise adjustment and reorganization.Then we may adopt enough measures to strengthen the supervision and management of those newly formed enterpises,to push them to get to a higher technical level,to guide them to enter the market with good enough products and with a formal manner.
