摘要
用单价阶跃函数建立了各方案的资费计算数学模型,并运用MATLAB绘图确定出各套餐的适合人群.用三部收费体系,从边际成本及消费者剩余角度,对各套餐进行了评价.最后在三部收费体系下通过线性规划模型,求解得到新的套餐方案.
In the article, we established mathematical calculative models for every expenses of plans through the unit step function, and the application of MATLAB mapping out the proper people for the plans. Meanwhile, with the third-part tariff system, we gave an evaluation to these plans from the marginal cost and consumer surplus angle. The final adoption of linear programming model, to be a new plan for solving the program.
