摘要
含蜡热油输送管道的设计通常忽略流态流型转变的影响,按照我国常用的简化算法——平均油温法进行计算,会造成较大的计算误差.为精确计算热油管道输送过程中含蜡原油流态和流型的转变对含蜡热油管道设计计算的影响,对不同流态流型应用不同的摩阻计算公式,建立了热油管道温降和压降计算的数学模型,并进行了含蜡热油管道设计计算.计算结果表明:采用简化算法与精确计算相比有较大的误差,流态和流型的变化对沿线压降的影响较大.建议含蜡热油管道的设计计算中考虑流体流态和流型的变化.
Usually,the design calculation of waxy hot oil pipeline transportation is based on common simplified calculation method-average oil temperature method.But in this method,the effect of different flow patterns is not considered,and therefore there is greater error in the calculated results.However,the effect should be considered in accurate calculation.For this reason,the mathematical models for calculating temperature drop and pressure drop are established,and different friction formulas are used for different flow patterns.The calculation result for an example shows that the calculation results obtained using the method are more accurate than those obtained using average oil temperature method.Therefore the effect of flow pattern should be considered in the design calculation of waxy hot oil pipeline transportation.
