摘要
在油井出砂监测系统中,出砂信号检测传感器为其关键技术之一.提出采用PVDF压电薄膜为敏感材料,设计了缠绕型的出砂信号检测传感器.给出了传感器的结构、工作原理和信号处理原理.传感器应用在稠油油井出砂模拟系统中,识别出了砂粒对管壁碰撞后产生的声波信号,从而验证了该新型传感器工作的有效性,且其具有易于安装、灵敏度高的特点.试验结果表明,由该传感器检测流体中的含砂量具有较高的精度.
The sensor for detecting sand producting is one of key techniques in the sand-producting monitoring system for heavy oil wells。The sensor for the purpose is designed,which is made of PVDF piezoelectric film and can be winded on the surface of the pipe through which sandy crude oil is.The working principle of the sensor and the principle of treating monitoring signal are presented.The sensor is used in a heavy oil well sand-producing simulation system,and it can recognize the acoustic signal generated by sand grain colliding pipe wall.According to the acoustic signal,the sand content in the sandy crude oil can be calculated.These prove that the sensor can effectively work.The simulation test shows that the sensor has high detection accuracy,and its installation is convenient.
