摘要
采用有限元分析方法,运用ANSYS软件,对GS5030L3-5高速雕铣五轴联动加工中心主轴部件进行了分析,取得了高速主轴的模态和谐响应特性,得到了主轴系统前固有频率和振型,分析结果以幅频响应曲线的形式体现,最终获得主轴系统的前三阶模态附近的响应曲线。对高转速条件下主轴前端,及不同特征位置所发生的最大动态位移,进行了分析计算,分析铣刀切入切出时切削力的变化和影响规律,对主轴系统进行瞬态响应分析,得到其时域响应特性,验证了主轴结构设计的合理性。
This essay is analyzed GS5030L3-5 for five-axis milling speed carved linkage of spindle component of machining center by using finite element analysis method and ANSYS software,,and made the spindle of modal and harmonic response characteristics,and get the spindle system before the natural frequency and vibration mode,the analysis results in amplitude frequency response curve of the system,and finally obtain spindle before three modes nearby response curve. Under the conditions of high speed spindle front-end and different characteristics of the biggest position of dynamic displacement is analyzed and calculated,Analyzed into a milling time cutting force and the influence law of variation,and analyzed the transient response of the spindle system,obtained in time axis system the response characteristics of the area,verify the spindle structural design is reasonable。
